Proposals should explain the subject, intended audience, requested placement and any material or payment involved. A useful fit gives readers relevant context without disguising promotion as independent advice.

Clear labels, separate decisions

Paid or partner material is labelled plainly wherever readers encounter it. Editorial coverage remains independent: a placement does not buy a favourable article, a review or control over unrelated content.
